What products does LUG Healthcare manufacture?

Sterile surgical drapes for orthopedic, gynecology, general surgery, urology, ophthalmic and cardiology procedures; custom procedure packs; surgical gowns and infection-prevention products such as caps, masks and shoe covers; and sterile equipment covers for C-arms, cameras, ultrasound probes and microscopes.

Are LUG Healthcare products certified?

Yes. LUG Healthcare is ISO 13485:2016 certified and holds a CDSCO Manufacturing Licence (Form MD-5).

How are the products sterilized?

Sterile products are ETO (ethylene oxide) sterilized, and every product passes in-house QA/QC checks before it leaves our facility.

Are your surgical drapes latex-free?

Yes. Our surgical drapes are 100% latex-free; they are not made with natural rubber latex.

What materials are the drapes made from?

Our drapes are made from SMS or SMMS nonwoven fabric, and most models have absorbent reinforcement around the surgical area. Each product page lists the exact material, dimensions and features.

Can you make custom procedure packs?

Yes. Draping options and procedure packs can be configured to your hospital's protocol. Use the Request a Quote form and list the drapes, gowns and accessories you use for the procedure.
